NvAND Revive and Thrive: Coffee and Yoga

Whether you are a member or not, we invite you to REVIVE AND THRIVE with NvAND on May 7. We are starting the morning with some breathing and stretching at 8AM. We recommend you wear comfortable, athletic clothes and arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to secure parking and your yoga spot!

There will be a coffee truck and a food truck available for you to grab something satisfying post-stretch. Find our table after yoga and enjoy what Cactus Joe's has to offer!

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or towel that can get a little dirty (we will be outside)
• Cash or card for any Cactus Joe's purchases and food truck purchases
• All of your '20-22 burdens to breathe/stretch away
